Can I spray a bed liner with my airless?

I know that rhino lining can't be anymore difficult than what any of us do on a regular basis. How are they applied and can I apply them with an airless with the same quality a rhino liner shop can?

No you can not use your standerd airless pump with the rhino type coatings.yes it is easy to do with the right pump for polyureas, some pumps are airless based systems and have fixed or adjustable ratios and then there are the slower more portable systems like the vortex and many others that are similar to the vortex but they all require a special gun with two material lines where the two components are mixed @ the gun or through disposable static mix tubes on the gun.for quick dry rhino type coatings.

I tried to find a bigger roller cover like the one supplied but the closest one sure clumped the sand. Best bet is to use the supplied roller, a three foot extension pole to keep your hands clean.

I also poured the gallon into a five gallon pail, mixed it real good and used my metal bucket grid.
Hope this helps.

The best way to do bed liner other than regular Rhino dealer is use a texture gun. It can be done with the same hopper type gun used for mud. The secret its build it up gradually and back off a bit. Be sure to mask off the entire truck. Also an undercoating gun will work from Northern Tool. MOPAINT

Video of Airless Working

Thought this might help...

New to the site so can't post link. If you Google "DCAM Bedliner" you'll find the site and the video.

If someone finds the video helpful, maybe you can repost URL. We just found out about the site and are looking forward to sharing our knowledge.

THANKS!
