Azek Trim

What paint can I use to paint the azek trim? And what caulk can I use to fill the screw holes .Someone told me an exterior arcrylic latex paint And elastic seam caulking. Azek is a great product but it's the first time a custumer asked me to paint it. The web site recemends shermin williams.

Re: Azek Trim

Why do you think that Azek would recommend SW? Better yet, why would you think that the recommendation isn't good enough?

Re: Azek Trim

We prime all azek prior to topcoating with a latex. It is no big deal. We use glazing in holes, not caulking.

Re: Azek Trim

Well, he seemed perplexed that the website would recommend SW. His profile says: custom resteration/remolding older homes

That's all. Besides, I don't need my house remolded; I'll stick with the mold I have. You got a problem with that?
