Involved In Wind Power?

I am looking to expand my company to include this and I am looking for a few places to start.. online courses etc. I have a bachelors degree in Architectural engineering so I have a knowledge of these subjects far beyond a beginner, I am looking for pro level stuff, companies. I searched through and havn't found much mention of wind turbines..
