Green alternative to Drylok

I apply Hydro-Seal 75 to basement walls, floors and use it for all my patching and resurfacing (I add dry cement and sand to mixed Hydro-Seal 75). It contains no VOC's, is a modified water based epoxy that is simple to mix, 1 to 1 ratio, and easy to apply, with rollers and brushes after it is mixed. Plus, Hydro-Seal 75 withstands more pressure, tested to 40PSI, so it performs much better than other coatings I have tried. It costs a little more but is well worth it.

For residential applications with no solvents or smell it is the best choice. Hydro-Seal 75 meets and exceeds LEED requirements for emitting coatings making it a Green choice.
