before and after stucco

stucco job i did this past summer.3/4 masonry stucco with sto brand finish.
the spots above my pickup is where after we put on the finish,it rained and the downspout is right there.it washed some of the finish off and i resprayed it.

Why is the before pict dated 2008 and the after picts dated 2002?

i never programed the correct date into my camera when i bought it.
