Working Morale
Im a young plumber in NC and i think i work for a pretty nice plumbing company( around 20 people) but for the past year or so things have been so hectic. Visiting 3 jobs a day to do small things to each job and having to come back the next day to change it because the contractor doesnt like it or the homeowner would like for something to be changed. I used to not bring work home with me but here lately its been crazy. Is it like this everwhere or is it just bad managing? It seems the construction trade is getting ridiculous about this stuff!

Re: Working Morale
Sounds like a communication problem to me. There isn't a good reason to not plan things out and install them once. I hate changes after the fact, I know what you mean about bringing work home and it isn't a good thing.
