What Code Do You Use?
I want to know what code you use for plumbing in your area.
Here we use: UPC Oregon Admendment |

Re: What Code Do You Use?
We're on the UPC but are having hearings on changing to the international. We've already changed the building and mech to internatuional but I know the plumbing inspectors feel the upc is a better code.
There was a push by the builders to get the I building codes adopted thinking it was a less strict code. Turns out the Ibc has requirements for some sub codes and many guys don't care for the new code either. |
