Vent Lines For Bathrooms / Kitchen Sink

I have a toilet that is going down very slow, it is going into a 4" cast iron at the back of the row with the tub ahead of it and then the sink. The sink is tee d off with a 2" line for a vent, however that line goes about 15' and makes 3 90's before it tees into a 4" vent. Is this the cause of the slow flush? Is this enough venting for all 3 devices?

Also redoing a kitchen sink, it has a 2" after the trap that joins into a 2" drain with a 2" tee can or should I use a "Y" sweep instead of a tee. Just because of the downward angle it may give to the flow. Of course this is happening about 1' after the trap.
