Urinal Valves

Iíve joined up on the maintenance committee at my local yacht club. There are two urinals in the menís room that have manual valves on them. You have to push and hold them to run the water. Is it possible to put a more modern valve on these urinals? My
concern is that the supply lines are only 1/2Ē.
