Good job Bro!Even though our occupations cross-over at many times,we are both limited.I can't change air-handlers or compressors or charge a system legally,so you better believe, I strongly suggest a licensed mechanical contractor to the HO or BO.It's all good, and the integrity of our trades are kept in tact.

Re: Update

Charlie, it's a toilet.

The trouble started when your indignation kicked in, I'm sure you know when customers get irritated with you because they've decided your price is too high, yet they have no idea how much the stock costs, nor the overhead while they proceed to lash out angrily at your price.

They have unrealistic expectations and become angry when you won't comply...similar principle here.

We get constant requests on this and most online forums for free advice from new members, who often react in anger as if we're required to give them what they demand.
People see "plumbing forum" and for some reason think it's a group of eager to please pro's anxiously waiting to answer all questions to help them avoid paying an actual plumber, it gets old.

Some of the older members here may get different treatment, they've earned it, thats how the real world works.

We get inundated with new members here that constantly do the exact same thing over and over...read the older posts in this forum.

You fell right into the very same category last night when, rather than see the humor, you got angry and resorted to physical threats.

The "me hitting you, you hitting the floor" comment was over the line.

When you learn (well on your way) about this place, you will be like a Duck. The shiiit, like water, WILL roll off of your back and arse, and NO ONE will run you up a pole for being a PITA. I am ALWAYS a PITA!!

You HAVE earned a place here. And I doubt that anyone will contest this Honor. And yes it IS an Honor. Where else can a person speak their mind and come out smelling pretty?????!!!!

process for that both involved

Had a customer ask me if I'd install one.

I really thought he was kidding, I blew up laughing, he didn't laugh with me.

I am!
I thought that it was a joke,
but I found it searching for replacement
tank lids for old toilets...not joke sites.

Re: Update

Welcome Mo Flo. I can install oil fired forced hot air furnaces. thats what I used to do for the company I worked for. I am not licensed though. so when someone ask me to repair or install them I say no. call a licensed HVAC. Thats what iut should be. I can get a lot of work fixing furnaces and they are not that hard to do, its just that its YOUR licensed trade, not mine. As tetorbilt said, glead the initiation did not scare you away
