Gotta tell you,that vent is darn close to code and looks like it is within code for the IPC which is 6' for 11/2" with a 11/2" trap.

Not according to UPC, 3' 6" on 1-1/2 and 5' on 2"

Who cares about the support for the tub, but I'd be concerned about supporting the drain, code calls the DWV horizontal runs to be supported every 4' and i see no support, surly a code violation.

3' in my state for 1-1/2".
An easy fix, just take advantage of that nice, solid cast iron directly above by using a ramset for the hangers.

At least it's in Texas (I assume). Would you want to be the first one in it on a February morning in Montana or Wisconsin? Brrrrr!
