Toilet Keeps Running...

have a friend that has a problem with the toilet keeps running and wants me to help him,he has done replaced the valve part in tank and says it does the same thing....any help appreciated,thanks.

Does your buddy know that the
ballcock has adjustments?
Has he checked the tank ball/flapper valve?

Or maybe he should just try one of these

Look, these guys are rediculous, I apologize.

The only real thing you can do with a running toilet is discipline it, crate training works well...or you can just give it a quick smack in the ass to get yer point across.
If this problem continues, get the toilet whisperer, that guy with the show on Discovery er sumthin'.
