Toilet-Issue Slow Trickle

My toilet is trickling still after the process after filling back up.

I checked everything on the unit and all looks good. It is a slow down the side of the bowl trickle.

I turned off unit to conserve water awaiting a response. I am a carpenter not a plumber.

Thank you in advance,

Crosswinds Construction
Houston TX

It needs a new flapper.

You know what that is the only thing I did not check.
