Tankless Water Heaters

Any opinions on manufacturer's of tankless water heaters? I am putting small point-of-use wh's under the sinks of the executive toilet rooms in an office building. I don't know much about the quality of the various manufacturer's and would like some advice for choosing a good one. Thanks.

Stay away from Insta-Hot! I have had nothing but grief from these units. 3 failures in one house and lots of flooring damage the last time.
