Subscription Service? Need Help Setting Up

I'd like t launch a subscription service for my residential customers by the end of the year. I've seen other companies doing this and would like to be able to offer the same thing. I see it's value for customer retention.

If you have any advice on how to get one started or even better a template, that would be awesome!

I don't want to price it too low, I was thinking 29/month or around there for 2 annual maintenance visits. They would pay the enire year up front.

What are your guys thoughts on this? Would love the feedback.

Thanks.

Re: Subscription Service? Need Help Setting Up

Why would a customer want plumbing maintenance? That does not make sense to me. What is it you would do on each visit? $29 per month sounds very high, also. Please give more detail. I like the concept but don't understand your implementation.
