Is Wirsbo the only good one.

Can you use their pipe and someone else's fittings?

Are the current Zurn pipping and fittings sold at Lowes the same ones that failed in that class action lawsuit?

Do the clinch ring and the Crimp rings perform (not leak) the same?

What say you guys?

Just checking to see if there was any new information out there.

I read all the old threads, or at least 10 of them, and some like it, some hate it, some think it was the installer, some swear by Wirsbo, some swear at it.

Wondered if there was a final consensus?

I've been using PEX for a long time with no problems. WIrsbo isn't available here. Fittings are usually Vanguard, Qest, Zurn. Crimp rings.

Rehau and and RTI fitting can be used on all pex pipe, that is what the others I was talking about.
