.....sigh

Went and got parts for another tankless I am doing. A stick of 3/4 L was $2.99 per foot.
Picked up another auger.....THEY WERE THE SAME PRICE. In my bitchy reply to hearing the price I asked my faithful salesman...WHY?

He said either China or Japan is buying all the building materials they can get their hands on, and they are happy to pay whatever any distributor wants.......sigh...

How much is copper in ur neck of the woods?

West SoCal $2.99 per

Sounds around what I paid over at Leif Ball last week. It's certainly not cheap! What part of SoCal are you in?

"What part of SoCal are you in?"

I see you are in Chatsworth.....I used to live there for about 6 years, even went to Chatsworth High.
I am in Ventura now. and as summer approaches I don't miss the LA heat.
It wasn't too long ago I was digging up sewers in 110 heat.

Anyway, Howdy Neighbor
