Shower Jets , Replacement , Need Information .

I got a phone call this morning for a service call to give an estimate on replacing shower jets , I've never replaced any myself , what kinda time frame am i looking at, I'm sure its not just a matter of unsrewing one like a shower head is it, set screws or something ?12 heads in all per customer , they didn't say if it was a panel type . Any links out there i might be able to get info on . Thanks in advance . Not to proud to ask .

1st step in this mystery is to find out the brand & model, then go from there. Some are as simple as replacing a shower head.
