Hey Michael, didn't mean you did anything wrong. This forum is about asking questions (except the fatal how much do you charge for ...)and getting solid answers. You're trying to demonstrate professionalism in the home inspection business by being informed. Some people here demonstrate the opposite through rudeness, name calling etc. There are hacks in ALL trades (yours,mine,theirs). There are also people trying to protect their clients by being better informed and caring.
I know you won't get a "I'm sorry I called you a hack" but you do deserve to hear that. So, sorry for the rudeness of the others. I'm sure you will be a great asset to the forum. Group hug Olzo |
