Sewerage
I have just relocated the positions of both the toilet and the shower. Under the House I am about to connect the new shower and toilets waste back to their original sewer point under the house. I would like to know under the shower do I need to install a trap of some description so that the smells from the sewer do not come up into the bathroom if so what one. Thanks

Re: Sewerage
Bob,
As a builder you understand that building to code is as important as building to budget. Don't let your budget take over this job and leave a less than desirable job that will not meet your local codes. Get a local licensed plumber in for a consultation or even to complete the connections for you. Also, make a post in Introductions and tell us about yourself and your business. We welcome new professionals, new viewpoints and experience to the forum.
