Septic Tank

Replacing Toilet drain line and all 1and 1/2 drains;
Can I knock hole in Septic tank 2 foot below top of tank;and install 4 inch P.V.C. and place Roofing tire around the Pipe;The reason I ask this is when I exit drain from house I was about 2 foot from top of tank;
This farm House has not been lived in in 15 yrs;
The Man"s Son had a house trailer tied in to top Entrance;
I did tell the Man one Septic tank will not support 2 Homes;I would like to finish my Line,If Possable :
Any advice? Thanks
