Has anyone ever heard of a Rockwell shower valve and if so can you still get parts for them. Thanks !

You might try cross-checking other brands. Sterling/Rockwell for example. Do you have a picture of the parts?

Rockwell was also made by Indiana Brass. If there is a supply house near you that deals with a company called Kissler, they can get you parts if you can identify it, or match it up with a picture in their catalogue.
