Replace Cast Iron Radiator With In-wall Convection?

Hi there everyone
I am renovating a bathroom and I pulled the radiator out to get the tub out-
I thought I would just put it back after tiling but then I heard about a wall unit I could put into an alcove nearby where it used to be. Would this still be water driven? Surfing the net for products all "convection wall heaters" seem to be electric. Can I just move the standing radiator unit into an alcove or will it lose efficiency? I have used toe kick heaters in cabinet installations and I am aware that similiar units are made for use in walls, but I understand they have fans which can be noisy and that they can also break down. Is there a pure and simple convection unit I can plumb into the existing hot water heating supply line and maybe into a recess in the wall?
Thanks a lot

Look for "Runtal" online, they're pricey, but I'd wager they have what you're looking for.
