Repair Pressure Regulator
Again not a plumber, but can I take apart a water pressure regulator off the main & take it apart to inspect it or clean or repair it? How do I get the rubber Diaphram off without damaging it? There is good pressure below it off the main but not too good throughout the house. There is no gauge & there is a water meter & check valve above the regulator. I wanted to try to eliminate the regulator. I've adjusted it without much change... Mike

Re: Repair Pressure Regulator
I'd replace it.
