Pro's And Cons Of Tankless Water Heaters


I am want to replace my three 50 gal gas water heaters with tank less. I only want to this to gain floor space. is there any disadvantages to these tank less units?

are the 3 water heaters you have power vents? or are they B-vents?

Not sure of the terms but there is no assisted vent. Just a draft flu up fours stories to the roof. There are three boilers and three water heaters. tapped into the same brick chiminny. The heaters have 4" round flu pipe.
