I "had" carpel tunnel, my hands would go painfully numb at night and I'd wake up too.
In time it eased up and finally it only peeks its head when I overdo it.
I DO know I can get operations for them, but never got around to it...yeah, not fond of spending any more time with the doc than I have to.

I went through 5 reconstructive hand surgeries in 1989/1990. There are supposed to be some natural aides for carp. tunnel. Believe me it is extremely painful.

I come from a Family of Physicians and I also do not like visiting them, Doctors in general, more than ABSOLUTELY necessary.

I need to take myself to the woodshed and beat my aching joints because physical pain feels better more toerable than arhtritic pain. this time of the year is rough because cooler weather moisture is devastating to the body. warm soup no jack daniels yes

Googleing any medical condition you think you may have will have you dead in three minutes. If you read enough eventualy you will have what ever your reading about. my 2 cents.
