Plumbing Layout

Plumbing Layout

Greetings,
I am in Costa Rica and I am trying to help get changes to the way they plumb a home here . I am not a journeyman plumber but have done a lot of plumbing in my time so I have experience. Because of the way they do things most all the homes have sewer smells. I am including a floor plan of a house a friend is building and would like to plan the simplest system I can to try and bring about change in the way they plumb here. A lot of Americans are living here and this is the number one complaint and then electrical.
My thought is to run 2 vent stacks and tie everything together in the attic.
How should the main lines be routed to the septic tank and where to put clean outs for the main lines from the laundry and half bath to the front where it leaves the foundation..
The house is cinder block construction filled with rebar and concrete on a slab but with 18” clearance before they fill with dirt to pour the floor.
I kid you not that the way they do it now is run all the drains to the outside and connect them together with one trap and no vents except the septic tank which they stick up in the front yard usually. Also they put a trap on the toilet.
Again any ideas on a simple but functional system would help.
Thanks for any help.
Paul
