Plumbing or HVAC

I'm a Dislocated Worker, 48 years old and looking to go back to school. I have a choice between HVAC or Plumbing. I'm looking for advice from seasoned Plumbing pro's. If you had a choice to do it over again, which would you be and why?

If I were you, I would choose HVAC. At your age, you probably aren't going to be doing a lot of new construction, that leaves service work.

I would rather repair furnaces and charge refrigeration systems than clean sewer pipes.

But, that's me. Some people don't mind cleaning out other peoples ****.
