Plumbing Or Electrical Limitations?

We currently have a D21 - Machinery & Pump contractors license, we are a water well service company....we pull and repair sub-pumps, build water systems, ect. We do whatever plumbing and electrical is needed to get the systems working. We want to get into water treatment so we are about to open a new company with an RMO who has a C36 license. Does a C36 plumbing license include the ability to work on pumps and water systems, including the electrical work needed to get these systems operating?

29? It states an electrician needs to be qualified if he works for a c-10. I think you could hook up a pump with your D21, can't you?
