OWNERS ...What Are You Paying Your...


top mechanics with 20+ years of experience.Someone who can "do it all " and do it well.Responsible ,company man,customer friendly,can train and gets along with everyone,give him the plans and let him go, ect ect.

I'm just curious what the average salary would be for all the owners out there.

lol no...... I'm just curious.I have been buggin to re-locate but it's not going over well with the Mrs.On the other hand, I do feel like I am being taken advantage of sometimes.

I would say $30.00/hr.guaranteed 40/hrs.-$40.00/hr. no guaranty

Why on earth would anyone hire a 20yr man and not guarantee him a full-time job? Sounds more like how McDonald's runs things.

i agree with you...but many service guys don't guarantee 40....when they are busy, you're doing 60's, but when slow, you might only do 30 or 35....
