Oil Burners
i have a roughly 22 year old beckett burner. the unit was last serviced 6/09 i am currently expriencing no hot water in the showers and faucets, however i have heat. the hot water is there very briefly and then is luke warm, barely. i've had people come in to check it out, but they all say its old and need a new system. there has to be a cheaper more logical way. any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

Re: Oil Burners
could it be the tube that sends the cold water to the bottom of the tank? If that is broken, you are just sending out the fresh cold water.
