New Toilet Sprays Up When Being Flushed

Hi all,

Last week we installed a new toilet. Every time the owner flushes the new toilet it sprays upwards. I have not inspected it but I am going to tomorrow.

Has anyone had a similar situation happen?
I have a feeling there is too much pressure and that is the reason it is spraying upward, any thoughts?

Thank you, but it's quite the opposite
It's been more than 45 years since I watched
those guys. Couple of other things have happened
since then.
Sometimes I try too hard to make literal sense
of some of the stuff here. lol (little yellow
laughing guy isn't working tonite?)

tell them it is a limited edition, self cleaning toilet, that they must close the lid before flushing, and charge them extra.
