New Home Plumbing- Options
Hi guys-
Great forum here ! As you know-gone are the days when homeowners had 2 choices in their new home plbg options-stainless or white steel kit sink !!! When I bid housing projects now the faucet option sheets alone can be 10 pages long ! On EACH model--What a pain ! I am not exactly sure how to price this stuff and could use some input. One guy told me you take list minus list and then subtract 15.5 % and that is the add'l cost to your builders. Thats if your multiplier is around .6 so if your upgraded faucet is 300.00 list and your standard is 100.00 list that leaves 200.00 minus 15.5% = 169.00 additonal cost to builder. Does that sound about right to anyone ? Thoughts ? Thanks very much. Pat |
