New Help With This Toilet Flange
Homeowner suprised me when we got on the job and had removed the old toilet already. All I can see now is what looks like a copper waste line and a ring on the subfloor that looks like it is part of the waste line and also copper. There is no flange or place for toilet bolts, I can see a few holes in the sub floor where some sort of ring was removed, but don't understand how the flange and this ring would be mechanically joined.

Re: New Help With This Toilet Flange
Mike,
It may have been a brass ring with a leaded joint.
