My Fault, Or The Pipes?

I live up stairs, my neighbors down stairs complained that my tub is flooding their ceiling. A plummer came out and found no leaks from valve or shower head. The overflow was taped shut and maybe small amounts of water leaked into the overflow pipe. Could this cause the flooding down stairs? HELP

Re: My Fault, Or The Pipes?

could be a drain leaking or a tub shoe or a tile leak (or simply splashing water on the floor) impossibel to know without seeing th tub.
