Jetted Bathtub Question.

I have installed basic bath tubs before, but never a whirlpool. I can do the electric no problem, but my question is... The side that the pump is on is against the exterior wall. There's no way to have an access panel where the manufacturer wants it.
What can I do to resolve this. Is there any 60x32 soaking jetted tub that allow front or rear access to the pump?
