Jet tub installation

I will be installing a 5' x 5' corner jet tub by MTI, into a tiled deck.

My question is this: what methods, or tricks have any of you used to set a large corner tub down into the hole?

There is not much room on the deck, along the two corner walls, for a person to stand.

Also, although the tub is "pre-leveled" from the factory, there is no way that I can rely on their "pre-leveled" base to end up perfectly so that the tub rim will rest all the way around the tiled deck, which is level. Considering that subfloors are never perfectly level to begin with, combined with the possibility of the tub base being slightly out of parallel with the tub rim, I prefer to use a soft base to set the tub in. Would you suggest mortar or expanding foam for this?
