I will probably be accussed of being not politically correct and insensitive but can't pass this up...Look at what appears to be a flexible gas line hookup on the right...sure this is not left over from the Nazis?

Holy crap your right. Look at the red valve in the off position, and the end of the flex is just hanging there, it's not going into the toilet, maybe they got nitrous on tap.....Come to think of it, I'd probably never leave the toilet if that was the case
