I don't get it. Is it the lid they are worried about?

Least they could have done was clean the bowl before they took the picture.

Russian picture...or atleast web site. Probably so degenerates don't steal the valve and try to resell it. Russian economy at its finest

Holy crap your right. Look at the red valve in the off position, and the end of the flex is just hanging there, it's not going into the toilet, maybe they got nitrous on tap.....Come to think of it, I'd probably never leave the toilet if that was the case
