Help, Locating A Shower Stem
can anyone direct me to a web site where I might be able to track down a shower stemI found a few site but the pictures aren't very clear ? I went to 6 different supplie shops in town and no one had the stem to me it looks to be a central brass or a gerber, its 11/2" -2" long , the gland is beveled on the end and there is only to 2 handles on the shower valve , the handles are lever type . The head of the screw twisted off for the washer retainer , I've tried penatrating spray and vise grips the screw wont move at all, Maybe someone in here may have a suggestion of getting it out . Thanks in advance .

Can't help on a new one but, you can always take the old one to a machine shop to get the screw removed.
