HALSTEAD finest platnum c/h fault

Hi i have a fault only sometimes !, my boiler only on central heating will not come on (manual ,timer , perminant) so i have to turn the boiler off at the fuse spare and back on , it comes on but this is no good when were out wanting it to be warm when we come in with the babys . I have had changed ---- new pcb main board ---some switch somewhare---a new clock---new buttons . the gas preasure is ok and water preasure is ok the central heating dial is set to 1.5 bar .It seemed to work ok for a couple of weeks after the pcb, but now its back to normal . when i press the fault id button it indicates no fault .

Please help
