Finding A Plumber To Train With

hi
I'm currently looking for a plumber in my local area around east sussex to train with, and to gain experience either on a paid or unpaid basis. but am having real difficuilty finding anyone. I know with the credit crunch that times are tight but i can't even give my services away for free. I've allready completed the following qualifications at college,

City and Guilds tech cert Level 3 Plumbing
City and Guilds tech cert Level 2 Plumbing
Bpec unvented certificate
Water regulations qualification
Energy efficiency qualification

I've also managed to get some on the job experience from changing and repairing taps, to cutting in a radiatior into an exsisting system. To helping install a new combi, condencing boiler and a new central heating system. I've replaced faulty flush and float operated values in toilets, I've serviced boilers, changed a gas values. I have also helped replace an open vented systen for a combi boiler.

but i can't find anyone to work with full time, and i need to complet the NVQ two then three. I've phoned through the phone book, sent e-mails to any company with a website, left CV's at the local plumbing merchants and am now lost for what to do.

If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it.

It might be hard now that the economy is so slow,

I would type up something nice and mail it to the local plumbers in your area

Find some property management companys or landlords, they will keep you busy year round if your willing to work for free or very cheap.
