dont. forget the exhaust fan
do, install pipes before slab

Do supply water to the shower. Nowadays, most everyone wants to have both hot and cold water.

A drain is optional, especially in a basement. If your soil drains well, you can probably do without the drain.

hot water? come on .....and a drain.............that sounds like work and high end customer. next thing is they are going to ask for drywall& door.... were do you stop?
