Does Might Make It Right?

Hey guys!
Trying to replace the anode in an electric water heater. Trashed my Craftsman ratchet using a cheater bar. What is the trick? Dynamite or a thermo-nuclear device?
Thanks

Electric or pneumatic impact wrench.

Those things are put in so tight by the factory. I have to laugh when they suggest changing them out. There is even a tool that uses the nipples to counter the torque of a large 1/2" breaker bar with cheater.

Good luck.
