Distance To Stack
Hi there.
Im moving my sink 3 feet further away from the stack/drain tee off. Its an older house where the (2' outside dia/cast iron) drain pipe runs into a vertical pipe and the stack runs directly up from this through the roof. The new distance will be a total of 6 feet from the trap to the stack. Will I need to bring the stack closer and if so can I tap into the exsisting stack above the drain junction and move it over and tee in closer to the trap. I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.
