Crawl Space Water Cut Off ?

The 3/4" water cut off valve that has a 3/8" sq rod assembly that extends up to a first floor closet to operate it - what's that called or a web link ?

stop and waste valves or curb stops are usually buried in the ground...I don't think I would want a stop and waste which drains water out of lines to be in a crawl space. you want a remotely operated valve. I didn't know they have these specific to your need. I could use one in a similar circumstance and was considering making one.
