Champion flush problems anyone?

Hey guys,
I just put an american standard champion flush toilet in and right after I installed it it was leaking through so I called american standard and they sent me a whole new flush valve. I pulled the tank put in the new flush valve and it worked great. Until today I get a call from the customer they say the toilet dosent seem to be flushing as good as it was. Is there any adjustment on these valves? Or did american standard change their design on the replacement parts? Any tricks?

Thanks, Dave

P.S. Its always the "hey while your here" jobs that always have problems lol

The first and last AS chumpions I installed were back in 2005 (I think). 4 of them in a new house. 3 of them were defective right out of the box and were sent back before they were even installed (wasted a lot of time messing around with getting them replaced). The 4th one seemed ok so I installed it and only had to fiddle around with it for about an hour to get it to work . No more !
