Nice & clean...although it looks like that 3" is going to cross your crawlspace access. I'm assuming that was temp.

Done, we fit the hot water tank nicely under the steps, that panel has a phone box behind it, customer did not want to see it, next i will shelve the room out, and do SKIMSTONE on the floor. G
