Broken PVC In Concrete

Happy Holidays,
I have a 1/2" PVC broken flush with the concrete wall. Is there a repair for this other than bust the wall out? Please tell me yes!!!!!!

Is it for water? Is it going through the wall or running IN it.If it's going all the way through, replace it.If it's not going to move ,then just chisel around the pipe to just past the the socket depth needed, clean, prime, glue,TEST!Patch with mortar or hydro-cement.
