Boiler Conversion
I am actually a licensed electrician ,but my question is regarding my boiler.I have a 1 year old steam boiler (burnham)that i want to convert to hot water .Now i already purchased a hot water conversion from the manufacturer, but I have no idea where to start .Incase your wondering I also had central air installed ,and the air handlers have hydro coils,so the old steam radiators are gone .So I would like to try this myself because all the quotes I recieved have been over 2k.In a nut shell all that has to be done is redress the boiler ,install manifold ,and mount pumps ,and tie in the pex tubing from the attic ,which I have already run .

Re: Boiler Conversion
The model of the boiler would help as a starter. Depending on what model it is will depend on what's involved in the conversion. But for the most part, there's not really much to it.
