Bluebook Or Angies List?


Does Anyone Use One Or Both? Any Comments?

All I know of Angie's list is that a guy I know was stiffed by a customer after job completion for final payment.
Homeowner decided to "fight back" after he tried to pursue payment when she decided the price was too high AFTER the fact and posted a negative review on Angies list.
They never contacted him for the other side of the story, even the local inspector was offering to help him with legal documentation.
He contacted them and got a rounaround...I don't know much else, but common sense says there's a defamation suit lurking, only a matter of time.
